The Gav Hardened Steel Quick Coupler is a universal coupler designed for 8mm ID hoses. It is made with hardened steel and has a European standard profile, making it compatible with popular connection nipple brands. The coupler is zinc-coated for durability and has a PTFE thread seal coating for easy assembly. It is designed with CNC machines for increased strength and longer life. The coupler is suitable for air applications with a pressure range of 0-16 Bar and an operating temperature of -15 C to +60 C. It has a high air flow rate of 2300 NL/Min at 6 Bar and is made in Italy.

Designed and made with the latest CNC machines to guarantee longer life and increased strength in comparison with normal taps, since the parts subject to wear are made in tempered steel.
The whole 4500 series is zinc-coated in order to ensure high performance over time. The range is also provided with PTFE thread seal coating to make assembly easy and save time. The 4500 nipple series is made in steel and male thread connections are supplied with Teflon-coated treatment.'
